We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Teacher for our classroom to join my organization! This individual will help implement age appropriate activities and quality care for children Monday-Friday Part Time

Specialized Curriculum Growth Opportunities

Responsibilities:

Instruct children in activities designed to promote intellectual and creative growth

Create fun and interactive learning experiences in a safe environment.

Develop schedules and routines to ensure adequate physical activity, rest, and playtime

Ensure the daily care of every child by following all licensing guidelines and implementing all company standards.

Establish and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.

Communicate directly with parents and prospective parents to achieve growth and success for the child.

Maintain the health and safety of all students while continuing to maintain a fun and interactive classroom.

REQUIRED Qualifications:

12 credit hours of ECE preferred

At least 1 year recent experience working in a licensed childcare facility

Must be at least 21 years of age

Passionate about working with children

Ability to build rapport with children

Positive and patient demeanor

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Must have Clean Background check through DCDEE, Medical Physical, Negative TB Test, Workforce ID, and Positive attitude!
