ProSidian Seeks a Executive Coaching And Leadership Development Support Consultant - GSSC (Time and Materials) in The Hanford Eastern Washington (Tri-Cities - Kennewick | Pasco | Richland) Area. to support an engagement for the US Dept. of Energy (DOE) Hanford - SCA Code: N/A

This service supports Government, Public Sector and Infrastructure Sector clients and ProSidian Team Members (# FTe’s: 1) work as part of the Engagement Team Cadre to serve as Executive Team Coach/Facilitator for Executive Team Coaching Services on behalf of The Department of Energy (DOE) Hanford Site is in need of facilitator/coach to work with the DOE Hanford Executive Team on developing trust, having crucial conversations that are direct and unfiltered, building relationships, and improving the teams’ effectiveness to drive the integration excellence.

The DOE Hanford Executive Team is comprised of the DOE Hanford Manager, two Deputy Managers, and ten Assistant Managers (Senior Executives). The individual(s) will work in conjunction with the DOE Hanford Leadership Development Program Manager to coordinate activities.

Executive Coaching And Leadership Development Support Consultant - GSSC Candidates shall work to support requirements for FY20-005: Executive Team Coaching Services Swim Lanes and provide the following services:

  • Meet with the executive team to determine specific needs and areas for improvement.
  • Develop a plan of action in coordination with the DOE Hanford Executive team.
  • Facilitate interactions, meetings, and any other related sessions identified in the plan of action.
  • Identify and perform an executive assessment for the DOE Hanford Executive Team utilizing one of the following: a) An emotional intelligence or 360-degree view assessment and b) A leadership-oriented personality assessment.

In conjunction with the DOE Hanford Leadership Development Program Manager, review the progress of the overall DOE Hanford Leadership Development Program for Federal Supervisors. Provide analysis to the Executive Team and determine any needed additional activities for Executive Team improvement based on the analysis.

Work products shall be thorough, accurate, appropriately documented, and comply with established criteria. Deliverables involving products and submittals shall not be made available outside the DOE Hanford (RL and ORP) organization unless explicitly allowed. The Executive Team Coach/Facilitator shall ensure that duties are performed in a competent and professional manner that meets milestones/delivery schedules as outlined below;

  • Plan of Action for Executive Team Improvement
  • Monthly Report. This report will show the progress on SOW tasks, and shall be submitted with the monthly invoice. The report shall also include; Deliverable progress, and date(s) submitted if applicable, that are submitted within this invoice period.

Qualifications

The Executive Coaching And Leadership Development Support Consultant - GSSC shall have consecutive employment in a position with comparable responsibilities within the past five (5) years, Must be able to use a computer to communicate via email; and proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) and related tools and technology required for the position.

The Executive Team Coach/Facilitator shall demonstrate:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field. (Master’s degree preferred.)
  • 10 years of relevant experience working with executive teams to improve performance in private industry, the federal government, or a combination of the two.
  • Experience in facilitating retreats and team-building activities for executive teams.
  • Ability to facilitate discussions virtually and in-person.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and interface skills; ability to elicit information, and utilize in the development of products and provision of support, engage in meaningful dialogue.
  • Ability to work with individuals/groups in problem-solving and formulating strategies.
  • Ability to independently perform multiple tasks with dynamic priorities.
  • Provide at least two references where the candidate has previously worked with an executive team to solve issues and improve performance.
  • U.S. Citizenship Required - You must be a United States Citizen
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills (This employer participates in the e-Verify program)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, & Adobe)
  • All ProSidian staff must be determined eligible for a “Facility Access Authorization” (also referred to as an “Employment Authorization”) by the USG’s designated Security Office.

TRAVEL: Occasional travel may be required to attend meetings, events, site visits, or other training requirements. Travel is coordinated with the technical point of contact and approved in writing by the Contracting Officer in advance, is allowed, in accordance with Federal Travel Regulations and COVID-19 rules/restrictions

LOCATION: Work shall be conducted at the Department of Energy - Richland Operations Office and Office of River Protection, The Hanford Site, and Richland, WA. While work shall be conducted at or in proximity to The Hanford Eastern Washington (Tri-Cities - Kennewick | Pasco | Richland) Area, the Executive Team Coach/Facilitator shall also have the capability to conduct sessions virtually via Microsoft TEAMS should the need arise.
