Customer Support Technicians (Middletown)

Advanced Remarketing Services, Inc. is seeking part-time customer support representatives to work with the nation's top charity organizations in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities in this position include:

-answering inbound calls

-client data entry

- responding to information inquiries

-enhancing our customer experience.

Looking for remote, afternoon hours from 3pm-8pm. Applicants must be able to report to office in Middletown RI on occasion. A great opportunity for students and parents!

Qualified applicants must demonstrate excellent communication skills, multi-tasking abilities, complaint call management, attention to detail, and basic computer skills such as email, google suite, word, and excel.

Requirements:

Customer service experience.

High school diploma or GED.

Basic computer and typing skills

Ability to communicate clearly
