TGI is searching for a

Sales Operations Specialistin Fremont, CA.The Sales Operations Specialist manages the sales operations, sales reporting, data management, and selling efficiency processes. As a critical position within a fast-growing company, this person will help identify and improve selling processes to satisfy customers, stakeholders, and further accelerate growth. This role will blend tactical management with strategic thinking to help shape the commercial strategy for the short, medium, and long term.

Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Boost sales productivity by refining customer segmentation, simplifying the sales process, and identifying paint points at every stage of the sales funnel
  • Tirelessly look to improve the sales process and selling efficiency
  • Track and analyze KPIs for growth, win/loss rates, upsells, renewals, quota attainment, and identify individual performance areas for improvement
  • Manage sales contracts, track customers, and coordinate cross-functional activities across departments
  • Present quarterly progress reports to stakeholders with actionable sales goals
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to define lead qualification process and analyze campaign performance
  • Form strong relationships and maintain regular contact with Sales Managers, Sales Representatives, and Sales Leaders
  • Collaborate with Finance, HR, CSM, and Sales to develop sales initiatives programs
  • Onboard, train, and mentor the new sales team members
  • Assist and/or lead in key sales meeting planning
  • Play an active role in planning and implementing sales compensation plans
  • Manage, plan, and refine sales territories development, mapping, and alterations with sales leadership
  • Represent department and the organization favorably and in accordance with established Company standards and associate attributes
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned by management

The ideal candidate would possess:

  • Proficiency with CRM systems required (SalesForce.com is preferred)
  • Demonstrate and incorporate into daily work knowledge of processes and tools to measure and improve quality

  • Ability to travel 20%, as required
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Located in the greater Kansas City, MO area
  • Ability to keep sensitive information confidential
  • High level of proficiency with PC based software programs

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, or related field
  • 5 years’ experience in sales operations, revenue management, or related function
  • 2 years’ experience in life sciences, diagnostics, or related field
  • 2 years’ experience in project planning and management preferred
  • Authorization to work in the Unites States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
