Calling Customer on invoice status.

Resubmitting invoices

Entering rate confirmation into TMS system.

Entering maintenance invoices into TMS system.

Quickbooks experience is a bonus, everything else we can teach looking for motivated individual, good at multitasking, not shy on the phone and positive attitude.
