WANTED CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS, RETAIL SERVICES, (Stable 40 hours a week with a office and in the field schedule). No real estate experience needed we will train!

Our rockstar owner finance sales team in Houston is growing and we are in need of a bi-lingual

Transaction Coordinator (Spanish speaking) to assist the sale team. S&S Texas Properties has been in business since 2009 and sold over 500 houses in Houston.

Responsibilities:

1. The Transaction Coordinator (TC) will guide our clients that have accepted purchase offers on their homes through to a successful real estate closing and beyond. This consists of EXTENSIVE communication via e-mail, telephone, and text messaging with homebuyers, sellers, mortgage lenders, title companies, and cooperating real estate agents.

2. The TC will process inbound leads for prescreening (inbound applicants only, no cold calling). Discuss our owner finance product and see if it would be potentially fit before the next step.

3. The TC will upload and review all real estate transaction paperwork and work with the sales representative and broker to bring all files into full compliance prior to closing.

4. The TC will be in charge of creating and keeping our social media content new. You must be willing to create content onsite at the houses in Spanish (if you don’t like selfie or Facebook don’t apply). You’ll also be responsible for our flip house marketing, email marketing, greeting customers at the front desk, and doing small errands outside the office.

5. Our company is more on the real estate investing side then the traditional Realtor company, this position doesn’t REQUIRE A LICENSE.

Qualifications

1. A positive attitude and treating everyone in a friendly manner- customer service is priority #1 and there is no room for a bad attitude or complaining as it reflects poorly on our sales agents and organization as a whole.

2. Strong ability to communicate (both spoken and written), not only in what you say but ensuring full understanding by the person on the other side.

3. Must have an ability to quickly learn new Internet-based software programs. Proficiency in Microsoft

Office and company collaboration workspace.

4. Must be able to prioritize and switch quickly between competing demands in a FAST-PACED environment, sometimes between multiple tasks that are urgent.

5. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy with documents.

Job Type: Full-time plus commission, W-1099 employment

Job Type: Full-time (Tues-Saturday, Saturday will be in field or work from home). Mileage is paid in the field.

Pay: $12-13 plus commission, 10 days paid after 6 months

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $24,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
