Entry Level Sales Assistant

Job Description

The role requires a

Candidate should be highly organized, able to self-manage projects, and work closely with colleagues to collaborate on solutions for customers.

• To develop/implement branding material.

• Focuses on acquiring new customers while growing share existing customers.

• Measure business coming through

• Coordinates sales negotiations

• Participate in development workshops to enhance sales and marketing skills

• Meets or exceed the sales target determined for the territory.

• Manages budget and expense accounts within company guidelines.

• Interact with the clients new and existing customers

• Identify prospects and leads from a variety of source

• Help resolves customer problems with deliveries

• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

• Develop strong relationships between customer and client, building a loyal customer base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

• Work experience in paint sales (preferred)

• 1 to 3 years of sales experience

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and CRM systems (for documenting sales activities).

• Proven sales ability for ‘developing new businesses using value-based selling.
