Apple Technician and Product Professional - Now Hiring At CityMac! (Bellingham)

CityMac is an Apple Premier Partner and Premium Service Provider.

We are currently hiring for both our Service and Sales Teams.

-Apple Product Professional:

We offer on-the-job training for Apple product knowledge, Verizon's sales system, and technical training for software and hardware support. Experience in these areas is not required, but any experience or knowledge in these areas will help speed along your training.

Interested candidates should meet the following qualifications:

Positive attitude.

Attention to detail.

Strong customer service and support skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Critical thinking and problem solving skills.

- Previous technical knowledge is a plus, but not required.

-Apple Certified Macintosh Technician (ACMT)

Technicians and Sales Professionals to take part in our Apple Certified Technician training program.

The right candidate is responsible for:

- Tracking and completing repairs performed.

- Responding to and escalating customer concerns.

- Read and respond to all communications with customers

- Refurbishing trade-in devices

Basic Qualifications:

-Outstanding customer service skills.

-Excellent technical, problem solving, and analytical skills.

-Exceptional organizational and cleanliness skills.

-Strong written and oral communication skills.

-Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

-Work well in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

-Experience repairing electronics, smartphones, PC/MACs, and game consoles.

-Technical degree or certification in Electronics or Consumer Electronics.

-Previous experience working at retail electronics or cell phone carrier store.
