Local company seeking experienced manager capable of performing all essential job functions of customer service representative job as well as providing direction, guidance and training to station Customer Service Representatives; maintain Company standards in customer service, safety and cleanliness; and performs required administrative and reporting functions.

Essential Job Functions include but are not limited to:

1. Perform all Essential Job Functions in Customer Service Representative job description.

2. Establishes, monitors and maintains station work schedule including adjusting schedule as needed to ensure station is always properly staffed to maximize customer service and maintain station image.

3. Assigns tasks and monitors their completion to ensure station is clean, adequately stocked, organized and well kept based on Company standards.

4. Trains all station employees on all Company procedures and policies and products for sale.

5. Sets station standard for excellent customer service and resolves customer complaints in a timely, professional manner.

6. Complies, evaluates data and enters daily reports, e.g. shift reports, day reports, invoices.

7. Resolves interpersonal issues with station employees. Assists Operations Manager in supervising station employees using non-discriminatory supervisory skills to assist in employee motivation, performance evaluation, performance feedback and necessary disciplinary action.

8. Maintains a professional and supportive image with station staff.

9. Promotes safety awareness.

10. Ensures all merchandise is stocked, attractively displayed and priced correctly. Maintains a positive and professional relationship with all suppliers/vendors.

11. Safeguards and accounts for all money received. Reviews and prepares daily deposits and cash drop work sheets. Maintains appropriate change bank levels.

12. Performs special projects for, and other duties as assigned by, the Operations Manager.

13. Be available via phone at all times in case of emergency or to assist the Operations manager and/or customer service representative on duty as needed to insure the station remains in operation.
