Responsibilities Position Summary : The Home Health RN provides and / or supervises skilled nursing care services to patients in the home as directed by physicians.
Qualifications
Will be reponsible for visiting patients in Tehema County Minimum Qualifications :
Current CA RN license.
Valid California Drivers License and proof of current Automobile Insurance.
BLS certification (through the AHA)
One year prior experience as an RN in an acute care setting.
Two of the last five years working as a RN in a Home Health Agency.
Demonstrated experience working with Oasis "C" data set.
Will consider training if no qualified applicants apply.
AA degree in Nursing
Preferred Qualifications :
We prefer candidates with a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and a PHN certification.
