Job Description

Participate in the design and implementation of new software solutions and deployment of existing solutions into new markets; work with business users to document existing As Is and To Be processes; elicit business requirements to create functional and technical specifications; participate in all phases of the project and provide post go-live support as needed; elicit and document business requirements (Business Requirements Documents (“BRDs”) and detailed user stories); work closely with business Subject Matter Experts and other business units/users to understand and document existing business processes and participate in all project phases in collaboration with others; develop business knowledge to understand and provide solutions to business requirements; create and maintain Functional Specifications/BRDs, process flow documents (e.g. As Is & To Be processes, etc.); training materials / work instructions / job aids, test scenarios / test cases, etc.; lead requirements gathering, GAP analysis and other assignments as needed; work with manager and other BAs to ensure that issues or enhancements are being addressed in current and future software releases; identify, troubleshoot and document system issues as they arise; and support the business by providing pre/post go-live support as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Business and 7 years of experience in a BA role, 3 of which in a lead BA role with software implementations OR 9 years of experience in a BA role with 3 years of work experience in a lead BA role with software implementations; familiarity with MLM industry; proficiency in MS Office Suite including advanced Visio skills; experience defining test cases and leading User Acceptance Testing Process, gathering requirements, writing BRDs and user stories, and preparing process flows; experience developing training materials for end users participating in software implementations; effective and efficient process improvement skills; strong analytical, troubleshooting/problem-solving and organizational skills; strong time management skills; excellent oral and written communication skills; and occasional domestic and international business travel required.
