RECEPTIONIST-DISPATCHER (Havelock)

Position will answer calls from customers and field technicians, handle caller's issues or direct to other employees for resolution, dispatch field technicians (email, text, phone call), and monitor field technicians performance in completing work assignments. Experience with Microsoft office and Quickbooks a plus. This is a full time Monday-Friday position with benefits.
