Fixing and repairing apartment homes for new move-ins, fixing and repairing any broken fixtures, garbage disposals, blinds, doors, screens, etc. Painting /Drywall repair as needed.

Apartment Maintenance Experience in the following areas required,

Apartments, Hotel Maintenance and or Remodeling of Homes.

Must have basic knowledge in Minor plumbing, Minor electrical, painting,drywall etc. Must have own basic tools, channel locks, screw drivers, hammer, putty knife, etc.
