Sales Profession (Santa Fe)

We are looking for a Sales professional at a boutique that is focused on health, wellness, and ethically-sourced products (clothing, home goods, fitness, etc). Requires excellent customer relation skills and impeccable communication & organization. The position has opportunity for growth with a base salary and bonus structure based on performance.

Responsibilities:

-Provide exceptional customer service, explain the uses/benefits of products and services, and assist clients in styling and making purchases

-Cross-sell products to help achieve company sales goals

-Establish client rapport through marketing and client outreach/followup

-Perform showroom opening/closing duties (cleanup, steaming clothes, etc.)

-Maintain presentation of sales floor through product merchandising

-Operate register, perform transactions, and balance cash drawer

-Answer client phone calls/emails and manage client bookings & private shopping appointments

Requirements:

-MUST have a passion for selling and helping clients

-An Associate’s degree or higher preferred

-At least 2 years prior retail experience

-Must maintain a professional appearance in line with the Company’s aesthetic

-Flexible schedule including weekends

-Reliable and trustworthy

-The ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time

-Must provide at least three professional references along with your resume
