Seeking an experienced Manager to oversee both the Banquet Events as well as Restaurant Operations. This Manager will report directly to the Food & Beverage Director and assist in all F&B Operations including but not limited to: Executing all aspects of the Banquet Event Orders (BEOs); Oversee setting up all meeting spaces; Oversee serving all event food & beverage in a timely manner; Hire, train and manage all banquet servers, bartenders & set up personnel; Manage the Daily Operation of the hotel’s restaurant, The Diamond Club at Embassy Suites; Hire, Train and Manage all FOH restaurant staff.
3-5 Years of Management in an upscale hotel environment is preferred. Candidate must demonstrate the ability to relate to, communicate with & motivate employees to sustain high performance and quality levels. Candidate must demonstrate the ability to work within a busy environment and multi-task and prioritize various events at one time.
This manager’s position will work closely with the full management team as well as closely with the F&B Director on all aspects of operations and F&B Marketing.
