Assists customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses Promptly assists any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot Establish daily, weekly and monthly goals and a strategy to meet them.

Study, learn, and maintain a working knowledge of vehicles offered. Demonstration and Presentation of vehicles to customers.

Continuous product knowledge training. Maintaining an enthusiastic & positive attitude. Attending training and dealership scheduled meetings.

Understanding the importance of customer service Maintaining a prospect development system

Qualifications :

Professional appearance and work ethic You must have a good driving record (DMV print out required) Applicants should also have a professional appearance.

High school degree (or equivalent) Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. High-energy, positive, out-going individuals with strong verbal communication skills.
