Accounts Payable Clerk

Process invoices through full cycle

Report for vendors and answer inquiries regarding invoices, expenses, and check requests

Reconcile AP and related accounts

Assist with projects as needed

Prepare analysis and reports

Data entry

RequirementsMust-Haves:

1+ years of experience in accounts payable and processing invoices

Experience with Quickbooks or similar software a plus

Strong attention to detail

Ability to prioritize tasks

High School Diploma or GED, Bachelor's in Accounting preferred
