What You Will Do As an Associate with Ascension Senior Living, you will have the opportunity to manage the administrative aspects of the sales process, answers questions about the community’s apartments and speaks with prospective residents and their families.Responsibilities:

Achieves individual sales goals and targets (call-outs, appointments, sales, closings, etc.) Develops and maintains relationships with and generates leads through residents, family, and professional referral sources.

Manages leads, sales presentations, closing sales, and meeting monthly sales expectations. Maintains and/or improves the occupancy level and revenue production of the community in accordance with marketing and business plans.

Partners with other sales team members and community management to plan, coordinate, and implement monthly prospect and/or referral source activities and events.

Works in collaboration with other sales team members in developing and executing sales plans to achieve community occupancy goals.

What You Will Need Licenses/Certifications/Registration:

Required Credential(s):

None required.

Education:

Diploma - High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or

Associate's degree, or

Bachelor's degree required

Work Experience:

3 years of experience preferred.
