Technical Content Writer

DescriptionTCG is looking for a Technical Writer for an onsite opportunity in Irvine, CA.The Technical Writer will:

Produce a variety of documentation, both internal and external facing

-Conduct SME interviews to gather all necessary technical information needed to produce accurate and thorough documentation-Convert technical information and data into easily understood and applicable terms,-Fact-check and edit drafts to ensure they align with the information provided by the SME.

Assist in the creation, implementation, and improvement of departmental processes and workflows

The ideal candidate will have a writing portfolio that showcases his/her experience writing engaging content

Please email resume + portfolio to kim.alexander@creativegroup.comRequirements-Able to understand and retain technical concepts with minimal guidance-Expert documentation creation, editing, and prooing skills.-Exceptional multi-tasking, time management, and project management skills.-Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, English, or related field (preferred)-1+ years of experience in manufacturing/life science industries (preferred)

2+ years proven internal and external content writing/editing experience

Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
