BT Construction and Trucking, LLC located in Mitchell, SD is a small family owned trucking company that offers trucking services in: O.T.R. refrigerated freight, Local/O.T.R. bulk Ag commodities, and side dump construction trucking. We are currently expanding and seeking a qualified OTR driver to haul reefer and some dry van freight throughout the Midwest, South, Southeast, and Northwest. No Northeast or California.

Starting Wage: $0.45 - $0.50 per odometer mile DOE.

Added Bonus:

$1500 Sign on bonus

Safety and Performance bonus: $0.02 per mile

Mileage bonus (12,000 + per month): $0.02 per mile

Clean DOT inspection bonus

Detention pay

Stop pay

Average miles: 2500 – 3200 miles per week

2012 – 2016 Freightliner / International / Volvo / KW trucks

Requirements:

3 years verifiable OTR Experience

Pass DOT physical

Pass DOT drug test

Clean MVR (No moving violations in last 3 years)

Good CSA score
