From personalized service to professional education programs and marketing support, Ormco is committed to helping orthodontists achieve their clinical and practice management objectives.Operating Company:SparkJob Description:Role Overview/Summary:We are looking for a Sales Training Manager to join our Spark digital team. This critical role will be responsible for the training and development of the Digital Sales Team across North America as well as support the product training of partner sales associates who promote the Spark/Digital brands. The Digital Sales Training Manager you will lead the sales onboarding and advanced training curriculum. Once curriculum is set, this role will also help support management training initiatives. You will work with internal and external stakeholders to prioritize learning objectives. Deliverables will be creative and learner-centric in design. You will help support the rapid growth of the Spark and Digital Orthodontic business unit of Envista.Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop a training strategy and plan for the Spark commercial team that supports global ramp and growth.

Build Spark Learning System to build product and selling expertise of commercial team.

Build/Re-Build New Hire Training Curriculum and Advanced Skills Training.

Design training programs for implementation at National and Regional Sales Meetings, leveraging Train-the-Trainer approach.

Develop certifications and tests to measure learning retention.

Create success metrics and reporting for training classes at various stages of learning.

Leverage a variety of learning approaches including curriculum housed on Learning Management System (LMS), virtual offerings and live interactive workshops.

Develop and launch selling model with a focus on closing for new business and growing exiting business.

Develop assessments and feedback tools that identify gaps and help inform learning curriculum

Conduct field rides to coach outside sales representatives as well as hear customer perspective firsthand.

Partner cross-functionally (marketing, training, sales) to develop and deliver training programs that meet the needs of strategic initiatives and business priorities.

Leverage creative adult learning techniques in both development and delivery of content.

Create Job Aids to help in mastery of analytics, territory management and CRM tools.

Implement manager training curriculum as needed

Support the building of internal communications to share success stories, recognition and general “hype” for the internal Spark team

Own document control process for all related content with regulatory, clinical and R & D counterparts.

Job Requirements:REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.

Minimum of 4+ years running a successful outside sales territory with documented success

Proficient in Microsoft office programs and online tools and systems. Tech savvy.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: MBA is highly desirable. 

Experience: Orthodontic and/or dental experience is beneficial but not required. Experience with sales skills methodologies.

Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences. Ability to take complex topics and make them simple and digestible.

Exemplary territory management skills.

Solid understanding of the sales process and ability to close for commitment.

Strong technical and analytical skills.

Travel: Estimated overnight travel is 20%.

Training manager experience preferred.

Experience building training content, product modules and facilitator materials.

Vendor management experience.

Certification in learning programs such as Situational Leadership and other communication/coaching programs.

Sales management experience strongly preferred.

Award-winning track record of sales success year of year (i.e., Sales Rep of Year, 100% Club)

Understanding of Adult Learning Principles and needs assessments.

Experience using authoring programs such as Brainshark, Camtasia, etc.

Comfortable with digital presence on camera.

Experience using CRM platform (Microsoft dynamics preferred, Salesforce)
