From personalized service to professional education programs and marketing support, Ormco is committed to helping orthodontists achieve their clinical and practice management objectives.Operating Company:SparkJob Description:SUMMARYThe Business and CRM Analyst is an intuitive leader who will work to design and implement the strategic business tools and plans in efforts of drive sales revenue and growth. In addition, will work to define and build analytics/reporting solutions to grow Spark & Ormco solutions in the North America market. This role will work closely with CRM/Microsoft Dynamics as well as leverage Envista Business Systems (EBS) commercial growth tools. You will help support the rapid growth of the Spark and Digital Orthodontic business as well as Ormco Wires and Brackets business.Responsibilities

Provide high level solutions to internal stakeholders using data and analytics

Provide analytical sales support by understanding and interpreting customer buying patterns, while determining possible programs for improved regional performance

Act as a strategic thought partner to marketing, sales and finance, across strategic and operational challenges

Create strategic value-added analyses around growth opportunities, marketing campaigns, media optimization, sales gaps, and core business metrics resulting in better decision making and results

Build upon and improve the current systems and tools inclusive of CRM Microsoft Dynamics

Partner on specific projects and provide analysis to help the team better understand the marketplace (customers, competitors, current and future product capabilities). This partnership will help the team develop effective strategies to penetrate and gain market share.

Work cross functionally with sales, marketing, and the management teams to develop effective outbound promotions to help drive increases in market share and drive customer loyalty

Analyze and provide recommendations on the Customer Loyalty program working with finance and sales; Optimize the ROI, balancing costs vs revenue impact

Lead and manage data acquisition and retention; analyze key predictors, identify trends and present actionable insights to the sales and marketing teams’ insights to marketing, sales, and management

Liaise and work with business leaders to understand their unique analytic requirements and develop metrics, reports, dashboards and other visualizations to give them deeper visibility into their business objectives/needs.

Develop and grow Spark and Ormco’s analytical capabilities utilizing marketing/sales mix models, regression analysis, cluster/segmentation, decision-tree analysis, time series and various financial impact analysis. This will include navigating and designing approaches to complex database analysis.

Ensure that the company stays on the forefront of new analytical techniques and approaches by monitoring new developments across leading industries including academia, tech, medical, and consulting. Provide thought leadership around the integration of primary, database, syndicated and digital data while comfortable working in different software environments and platforms.

Leverage all available data to identify areas of strength or weakness in product performance; work with business unit team to identify corrective actions based on available data.

Serve as the impartial, numbers-based voice of the customer on multifunctional teams, providing insights to help make decisions.

OTHER ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.

Manage growth initiatives to achieve and exceed annual and strategic planning (Strat Plan) time horizons

Providing regular updates, revisions and modifications to monthly, quarterly, annual plan to cross-matrix team members- namely Spark Leadership, Sales Operations, Operations, & Marketing/Product Teams

Drive all EBS process and skills in partnership with the EBS Corporate team for Sales / Commercial team members in North America

Contribute to the analysis of the market/customer trends produced by internal and external teams to adjust plans and strategies to maintain and expand opportunities for revenue attainment

Team-up, collaborate, and align with the extended team to execute on the Strategic plans- may include AOA, DSO, Spark team members

Consistently works to improve personal knowledge and influencing skills to add greater value to the company

Facilitating a culture of teamwork, inclusiveness and excellence among the team

Providing support and coaching to his/her team within North America sales, and cross functional team members

Develop and maintain strong communication with the Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, and other cross functional teams

Understands, supports, and enforces the company’s policies and procedures to provide proper and effective treatment to all the company's customers

Understands, supports and enforces corporate policies regarding customer entertainment and customer relations

Job Requirements:Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business or Computer Science; Advanced Degree in Data Analytics or Computer Science a plus

Minimum of 3+ years of progressing experience in Business Analysis

Preferred:

MBA preferred

Analytics and Data Management experience

Experience working with large data sets and analytical software (e.g. ERP, Tableau, Domo, Cognos, WebFocus, etc.)

Exposure to modelling sales and marketing metrics like retention, penetration, utilization, campaign ROI, funnel management, etc.

Experience in collecting, analyzing and reporting competitive or market intelligence data

Experience in business analysis, analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work with cross-functional teams and interact with all levels

Strong emotional intelligence

Self-starter, self-motivator

Driven by professional ownership of their franchise and its success

Ability to travel with 5% overnight stays in hotel

Experience dealing with both US and International markets

Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

Technical knowledge of analytics and data management systems to design and sustain reporting requirements
