We are looking for hard working individuals with a passion for construction who aren’t afraid to get their hands dirty! Our current opportunities are spread across the entire west coast including Alaska and Hawaii.Location This position will be on-site at our construction project at the Salton Sea (60 miles south east of Palm Springs).Responsibilities Document bird migration Perform nesting bird field surveys    Review and interpret environmental specifications and drawings Understand state and local regulations and review requirements Prepare site specific plans and submit required reports Provide input to work plans and participate in meetings Communicate with field crews to ensure understanding of project environmental requirementsQualifications Bachelor's or Associate degree in geology or demonstrated experience showing ability to document bird migration/conduct field surveys         1 year experience monitoring in the state or geologic province of the specific project    Burrowing Owl, Raptor, Yuma Clapper Rail and California Black Rail experience is a huge plusWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
