DUTIES

Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of two properties, Spring Hill Apartments and Nottingham Apartments, totaling 114 units - with responsibility for all maintenance functions, including coordination of vendors, budget adherence, employee supervision, and asset upkeep.

QUALIFICATIONS

Requirements:

2-4 years of apartment property maintenance experience.

1-2 years of supervisor experience

Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills

Ideal candidate will be friendly, eager to serve, demonstrate exceptional customer service abilities and have a team first attitude.

Pool Certified a plus

HVAC Certification Required
