Heavy Equipment Field Mechanic (College Station, Texas)

Burnside Services, Inc. is a family owned business that specializes in large machine-controlled earthwork, site work, athletic field and golf course construction. We are currently accepting applications for a full time Heavy Equipment Field Mechanic.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Diagnoses and repairs equipment/components in the field.

Maintains complete and detailed working records for time, parts, supplies, and outside purchases for repairs

Maintains and cares for shop tools, all Company equipment and Company vehicles.

Required Qualification:

5 Years of Experience with Heavy Machinery, Hydraulics, Electrical Components, Motor Work, Etc.

Must be able to work over-time.

Vocational Training/ Certification:

Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening and random testing.

Own tools required to repair heavy equipment.

Must be willing to undergo background and driving history screening.
