Branch Operations Trainee Assistance – Staffing Services Company (Christiansburg, VA)

Bright Services has an entry level staff position available – M/F (Must reside in The New River Valley). Will be trained to assistant manager level for Lynchburg, Roanoke, Christiansburg, Pulaski, and Bristol locations (base location will be Christiansburg & Pulaski. No overnight requirements (mostly working in the New River Valley)

This position requires 3-5 years qualifying work experience (customer service, office administration, retail, good professional appearance (M/F), excellent communication skills (verbal and written), some college and be a nonsmoker. Also, must be a results-oriented type individual and have excellent work record – pass background check/drug & nicotine test.

This position offers good weekly pay, results bonuses, individual health insurance, expenses, 401k, vacation/PTO, etc. – limited travel (mileage paid). Position reports to Bright Services general manager.
