Consumer Package, Graphics and Web Layout Designer (Arroyo Grande)

Rugged Radios in Arroyo Grande is seeking a full time in-house and on-site individual to join our marketing team to help produce a wide variety of projects as our Retail Product Package, Graphics and Web Layout Designer. This is not a remote position. In order to be successful and collaborative, the applicant must be willing to work on-site in our marketing department.

We are seeking a bright, articulate, and collaborative person to come on board. The ideal candidate will be diligent, and able to multi-task quickly and efficiently. Please do not submit resumes if you are not local or unable to relocate.

Job Duties

Duties and requirements may shift from project-to-project. In general, the focus of the position is to assist and collaborate with:

- product packaging

- email campaigns

- social media graphics

- signage for merchandising

- web graphics for products on our ecommerce websites

Primary Skills

- Graphic Design programs: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver

- Product Packaging

- Web Design: Very basic comfort level to edit HTML

- Fundamental experience with Microsoft Excel and Word

- E commerce: Managing new products, uploading descriptions, editing product details

Secondary Skills

-Online advertising

-Social Media Marketing: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Blogs

-SEO, AdWords experience

-Photography: Digital photography & Photoshop skills

-Video Filming & Editing: Amateur to expert

-Preferred background in the off-road or racing industry

-Experience with trade shows, and booth layouts
