Your CareerAs a strategic member of the Talent Acquisition (TA) team, this individual will be responsible for end-to-end program management for improving quality of hire. This includes managing projects, deliverables, training, communications and change management for functional areas including but not limited to: candidate assessments and tests; interviewer, candidate and hiring manager surveys on quality and experience; developing competency models; developing interviewer and hiring manager training; and overseeing the hiring decision-making process (e.g., hiring committees design and training).This role acts as the primary interface for these functional areas between the Business Functions, Global and Regional TA functions, other People Team Functions (Talent Development, Comp & Benefits, etc) and People team Business Partners to ensure the highest level of collaboration and effectiveness in execution.

  • Ensure talent solutions across functional areas of assessments, surveys, experience, competency models, interviewing and decision-making are based on data-driven recommendations and industry best practices to drive long-term gains
  • Proactive flagging and issue resolution – taking initiative, not just taking direction, but identifying problems and needs independently, and driving execution to a solution
  • Integrated Solution – ability to develop sustainable and impactful solutions by balancing the needs of regions with global linked to People team’s strategy

Qualifications

Required Experience

  • Minimum 8 years of talent acquisition experience with a Bachelor’s degree; OR a Master’s degree with 6 years relevant experience; OR a PhD with 3 years relevant experience
  • Minimum 4 years of experience using hypothesis-driven data analysis to create insights and drive actionable improvements across talent acquisition’s processes and programs using working knowledge of statistical concepts and data analysis techniques (hypothesis testing, t-tests, chi-square tests, distributions, adverse impact analysis, etc)
  • Strategic & critical thinking skills: identifies root causes and addresses problems in ways that lead to innovative solutions; possesses advanced knowledge and ability to interpret data and make recommendations
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in survey design, employee experience measurement and programs, employee and candidate data with a focus on supporting diversity goals and aspirations.
  • Demonstrated history of being a disciplined self-starter, resourceful, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment with multiple, changing objectives.
  • Strong project management experience including at least 2 years managing global projects: scoping early ideas into well-defined projects andexecuting to completion while employing strong change management, communications, and stakeholder management experience.
  • Advanced verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, including extensive experience engaging and presenting to senior leaders

Preferred Experience

  • Masters or Doctorate in Industrial/Organizational Psychology or related field
  • Experience leading large scale, global strategic talent initiatives requiring analytical insights
  • Extensive experience successfully working with and managing multiple stakeholders with competing priorities and interests: recruiters, interviewers, hiring managers, business units, and executives
  • Experience with decision science, developing and validating competency models, and/or experience with validating assessment instruments
