This position will be based in Palmdale, CA. This position will manage and integrate product delivery and support organizations into an effective high performance team on 2nd Shift.

They will ensure that the F-35 assembly operations and facilities have the production capabilities and resources required to meet current and future domestic and international program needs.

This position is responsible for on-time delivery of high quality products and services that meet all contractual requirements and business objectives.

Responsible for the cost, schedule and technical performance of company programs or subsystems of major programs. Acts as primary customer contact for program activities, leading program review sessions with customer to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance.

Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules, identifies program problems and obtains solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications.

Directs the work of employees assigned to the program from technical, manufacturing and administrative areas.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications :

7 years of experience in one or more of the following : Aerospace Manufacturing, Operations, Assembly, Military with a Bachelor's degree;

11 years of experience in lieu of a degree

3 years of leadership experience

Ability to communicate with various levels of leadership, having strong

computer skills (Microsoft Office) and organizational skills is a must

Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD clearance

Preferred Qualifications :

Bachelor's Degree

EVMS (Earned Value Management System)

Experience in manufacturing / production in Aerospace
