In this exciting and challenging position, you will be performing statistical modeling and characterization of new semiconductor memory products implemented in emerging memory technologies.

Our team works extensively in multi-functional teams across engineering disciplines to identify, understand and resolve problems in state of the art technologies.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

You will build, optimize and maintain statistical models of memory component and cell-level behaviors

Integrate memory cell and component compact models into a comprehensive component or system-level predictive statistical simulation

Develop new or modified Si measurement and simulation techniques to more accurately predict product performance and reliability

Collaborate with Design, Process, Test and Reliability engineering teams to drive optimal trade-offs between Si technology and product design goals and requirements

Qualifications :

Proven experience in statistics and mathematical modeling / coding in MATLAB, Python, C or similar platforms including, but not limited to, Monte Carlo techniques

Good understanding of DRAM or other memory product architectures

Have the ability to analyze and understand moderately complex circuit operation

A good understanding of semiconductor device physics and operation

Proven problem solving and analytical skills and techniques

Strong interpersonal skills (written, verbal and presentation)

Ability and willingness to learn new skills and explore unfamiliar concepts

Education and experience :

This position requires an MS or PhD program in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related field and at least three years of related experience.
