Dispatch/OFFICE Position (Grand Meadow, MN)

Irlbeck Grain is a family owned and family ran trucking company out of Grand Meadow, MN. We specialize in Dry van truckload freight throughout the Midwest. We have been growing the business and are looking to fill 1 Dispatch/Sales position. Individual must have a strong positive attitude and work ethic. (MUST HAVE COMPUTER SKILLS) NO EXCEPTIONS.

This individual would need to have strong skills in the following areas:

people skills (both customer and administrative)

Sales

Tech(e-mail, texting, calls, google maps, Microsoft word-Excel, Quick books helpful)

Map reading and dispatching skills

knowledge of the trucking industry

PROFESSIONALISM IS A MUST

Job description/duties:

-Scheduling pickups/deliveries with customers, shippers, receivers.

-dispatching and relaying information to Truck drivers and other personnel.

-Negotiating and booking freight loads

-Setting up company contracts

-Updates on scheduled deliveries and pickups to customers

-Data entry

-Sell/ broker load or book broker load.

Job is full time 8-5 Monday through Friday.
