We have positions available that offer an extraordinary opportunity for working in a residential gated community as a Gate Attendant in Albuquerque with starting wages from $11.00 per hour.

Your role as the community’s gate attendant is a very important one. The image you project, your attitude, and the courtesy you display on a daily basis, shows how great the Tanoan Community Association is.

JOB SUMMARY

Provide a friendly greeting to people arriving and direct individuals, guests or vendors to the proper place following gatehouse operations guidelines

Provide assistance to owners, employees, guests or vendors in a courteous and professional manner

Answer the phone in a polite, courteous tone.

Provide gatehouse access control coordination

Reports suspicious activity

Respond in emergency situations

Must maintain a high degree of confidentiality

Must be able to work extended hours and on weekends and holidays as needed

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Must be at least 18 years old

High school diploma or GED

Must have access to reliable transportation

Valid NM Driver’s License

Must be insurable under the company automobile insurance policy

No moving traffic violations in the past 3 years

No at-fault accidents in the past 3 years

Have not had drivers license denied, suspended, or revoked in the past 3 years

No DWI and/or DUI convictions in the past 5 years

Ability to operate radio or telephone equipment

Attention to detail

Experience in the field of law enforcement/security is preferred
