We are seeking an experienced, hard-working, passionate team member to support rigorous clinical validation initiatives in a fast-paced business setting. We are investigating digital therapeutics and other digital solutions across a variety of therapeutic areas.Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Manages implementation of clinical validation protocols
Coordinates cross-functionally and cross-organizationally
Monitors data acquisition and quality
Develops presentation materials for a business audience
Supports peer-reviewed publication efforts
Uses methodologies such as scrum to help organize and prioritize tasks
Prepares and submits regulatory documentation both internally and externally
Ensures adherence to data privacy and security standards
Collaborates with marketing teams to recruit members into new initiatives
Supports evaluations of digital health vendors
Performs ROI analyses
Independently manages complex projects
Proactively collaborates with business partners to determine identified population segments and develop actionable plans to enable the identification of patterns related to quality, use, cost and other variables
Qualifications Requires a BS (master’s preferred) in clinical, biological, social, or statistical sciences or related field; 1-3 years of experience in a business context (digital health experience preferred); 1-3 years experience in a scientific role; or any equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires knowledge of best practices for clinical trials and good clinical practices; experience working with institutional review boards; a focus on flexibility and solving problems; and maintaining a principled approach to scientific initiatives that prioritizes patients’ best interests.Anthem, Inc. is ranked as one of America’s Most Admired Companies among health insurers by Fortune magazine and is a 2018 DiversityInc magazine Top 50 Company for Diversity.
