Analyst Sr AdvisorLocation: Must be within reasonable distance of an East

Coast, Mountain, or Central Region Anthem Office. Collaborates

with business and IT partners to facilitate and support the development of

detailed scope statements and high level business requirements in development

efforts. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

Builds and maintains strong relationships with Business, Enterprise Data Science

& IT partners.

Identifies, initiates, and drives opportunities to support business activities.

Leads the high-level use case development process.

Supports elicitation/development of high-level and detailed business

requirements/user stories for large- to program-level efforts using agile

methodologies.

Partners with business users collaborating on business opportunities and

solutions.

Supports the management of integrated (business, functional and technical)

requirements and design including participation and oversight in defining

enterprise-related processes and changes in alignment with industry.

Supports development of strategic plans and data science/AI based solutions to

meet business requirements across the enterprise.

Proactively addresses customer issues, works with Business Business, Enterprise

Data Science & IT partners to develop alternatives and is empowered to

implement business and process solutions.

Supports productization and solution implementation across enterprise

initiatives; ensures solution is implemented according to plan.

Addresses risks and implements contingency plans to resolve issues impacting

business or IT objectives across the enterprise.

Requires Bachelor’s degree in related field; certifications in BA, BSA, and

Project Management preferred; 8 or more years experience with leading

requirements development efforts; or any combination of education and

experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Working knowledge of healthcare, health plan operations, HEDIS/Stars, Risk

adjustment, data management processes and systems, big data, AI preferred.

Requires a basic understanding of testing/product quality processes, tools and

methods including Agile methodologies.

Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills required.

Knowledge of a variety of technologies and/or the ability to understand solution

dependencies and manage solution integration required.

Strong knowledge and experience with Agile tools such as Jira/Kanban boards and

training in facilitation preferred.
