Responsibilities

Offer support and direction to the warehouse team inregards to shift loads and priorties :

Allocate Waves- cranesCommunicate to QA for releasesAssign prioritiesAssign waves to stage lanesCall in and out TrailersCancel shortages in systemCommunicate with ProductionDetermine load order based off of picks and make upFollow up of Load status actual, shorts Identify Production needs based on shortsManagement and monitoring of Load / Pick and wave quesReleases workShortage resolutionUpdate Shortage log / infoAllocate / release combo loadsCancel shortages- combosCommunicating with Penske / PVT / Customer on late pickups- comboDCM yard- enter movementsJDA door activity- equipment moveReview orders, communicate with sales on shortages, etc.

Qualifications

Warehouse and inventory experience is a must, the ideal canidate will also have experience with JDA, SAP, and ASRS systems.
