Associate Needed - Specialty Boutique Retail Store (Northridge)

Customer Service

Greet all customers who enter the store with enthusiasm.

Provide courteous, knowledgeable service to customers.

Determine customer's needs and suggest products to meet their needs.

Communicate product knowledge to customers as appropriate.

Knowledge Skills preferred

Retail/service experience (not required)

Excellent verbal and communication skills

Excellent customer service skills

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Operations

Communicate inventory issues/concerns to manager.

Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.

Be knowledgeable of products, and actively pursue additional product knowledge as needed.

Knowledgeable of cashier functions.

Requirements of the Job

Must be over 18yrs old with reliable transportation

Ability to communicate with customers and store employees in a clear manner.

Move around store, organize the products and keep everything in place.

Maintain store clean (light housekeeping)

Bend and stretch to stock shelves.

Able to work flexible days, hours, weekends and holidays.

Consistent and reliable attendance.

20-30 hours a week.
