Customer Service & Nursery production positions (Fort Bragg)

North Star Nursery in Fort Bragg seeks reliable, conscientious and outgoing individuals to join our crew.

One position will focus on plant production and care. Tasks include, watering, weeding, production and general care. Some plant knowledge would be ideal, but is not required. 16-24 hours per week.

Second position is a customer service/sales person. Someone with some plant knowledge would be ideal, but we are open to training the right person: an outgoing, customer-service-oriented individual who’s a team player. This individual will help customers to navigate the nursery and assist them in identifying appropriate plant material for their gardens/projects. The position also includes some cashiering, as well as helping with maintaining, watering and stocking the nursery. Weekends required. Must be able to load bags of soil and help unload deliveries (up to 50lbs). 25-30 hours per week.
