Job Description

  • Manage high profile elevatorprojects from start to finish, including maintenance agreement conformance reviews, contract approval documents, change order management, billing, close-out documents to ensure a quality and profitable delivery.
  • Effectively communicate requirements with contractors, property managers, subcontractors and building owners to drive completion effectiveness and customer success.
  • Work as a team with stakeholders to provide seamless deliveries of a final product to the customer that result in repeat/referral business.
  • Attend required job site meetings with clients and provide updated schedules as appropriate.
  • Respond to RFI's in a timely manner to avoid issues with completion
  • Provide feedback on progress toward financial goals to the department manager.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management or business administration
  • Have a minimum of 3 years of sales, construction/project management experience - elevator experience is strongly desired.
  • Understand principals of cost estimating, scheduling and contract administration
  • Read and understand specifications, blueprints, contracts and otherrelated documents
  • Understand the financial components of various construction projects
  • Effective communication and teamwork attitude
