Appliance delivery driver and installer (Swedesboro/ Burlington nj)

Looking for drivers/installers that can drive a 26ft box truck and install appliances. Flat rate pay, no taxes taken out. You will be a 1099 independent contractor. Must have clean driving background and can pass a background check. Ideally looking for some that has experience but will be opening to train. 5-6 day operation.
