OAR Case Manager
OAR is seeking an experienced Case Manager to lead and coordinate the implementation of two grant’s designed to assist an individual’s transition from incarceration back into the community. The grant’s focus on housing and employment—two unmet needs among this population. An applicant’s commitment to social justice combined with attention to detail are highly valued.
The ideal candidate will offer:
Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills and the ability to manage multiple cases.
Respect and ability to relate to clients with various needs.
Great communication skills.
Highly developed critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Clear and respectful communication skills.
Computer literacy to maintain and manage case records.
Valid Driver’s License.
