CRM Functional Analyst- Hybrid, Boston

A well regarded university in the Boston area is in need of a CRM Functional Analyst to join their Brookline based team. In the role you'll be assisting the Information Services and Technology team that contributes to analyzing and adhering to business requirements. You'll be doing service-level documentation, conducting discover sessions with internal clients, and work on applications development projects and operational maintenance and upgrades. This role is a full time and hybrid position, that requires two days a week onsite in the university's Brookline based office. Desired Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3-5 years of experience with Functional Analysis work
• Demonstrated knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle
• Experience producing documentation and translating technical terms
• Great written/oral communication skills and the ability to work with a team
