As a systems engineer on our team, you have the chance to design MBSE techniques and practices in support of DoD C4I systems across the life cycle. Your technical expertise will be vital as you implement MBSE approaches and tools to help client delivery teams transition to model-based system architectures. You'll develop your skills in SysML, object-oriented systems engineering method functions-based systems engineering method, and integration while gaining experience in C4I and enterprise networking technologies. Grow your skills by merging system modeling and networking to create robust network system architectures for development, implementation, and sustainment.   • 5+ years of experience with product development or systems engineering and integration projects
  • Experience with the practical application of UML or SysML implementations
  • Ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary, dynamic team environment
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Ability to obtain INCOSE ASEP Certification within 12 months of hire
  • Ability to obtain OCSMP Model Builder Fundamental Certification within 90 days of hire
Nice If You Have:
  • Experience with Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF) or Unified Architecture Framework (UAF)
  • Experience with object-oriented programming languages, including Java or Python
  • Knowledge of DoD systems engineering processes
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in an Engineering or Technical field preferred; Master's degree in an Engineering or Technical field a plus
  • INCOSE CSEP Certification
