We have a requirement to fulfill a demand for a OIC Technical Lead with the following JD mentioned below. They can be remote, the billing rate for the role is $70/hr and this is for a Health Care/Life Sciences client based out of Louisville, KY Job Description: The Full Stack Technical Lead is responsible for all aspects of software or hardware product delivery and performance across multiple business and development areas. The Full Stack Technical Lead work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action. The Full Stack Technical Lead works with design engineering and test team to drive products from design completion to volume production release. Performs various engineering tests to verify and validate product designs. Supports product evaluation and qualification on technology components. Ensures that production schedules are followed and product(s) meet specifications and quality requirements. Interacts with product engineering, quality, manufacturing and marketing teams to analyze and provide technical support to help resolve customers' product related problems/issues. Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas. Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed. Follows established guidelines/procedures. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree Substantial Experience with the technologies in use in the application(s) or infrastructure Experience with unit testing and mocking Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across varying levels of personnel Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences Preferred Qualifications - MBA or other Advanced Degree Six Sigma certification desired Possess a solid understanding of operations, technology, communications and processes Ability to drive and bring improvements to process & quality across the organization. Strong understanding of impacts upstream and downstream Knowledge of SDLC Additional Information Oracle Fusion Financial and Oracle OIC is desired; Experience in migration from on prem applications to Cloud
