ServiceNow Implementation Consultant

Designs technical solutions on ServiceNow platform as architect with Service Management team. Works directly with customer to validate processes, gather requirements, and design solutions; engages with development team to see solutions come to reality.

• Performs implementations of ServiceNow solutions for customers, including development of solution designs, implementation plans and documentation
• Works directly with customer to gather requirements, design solutions, and build proof of concepts and implementation solution
• 2 year's experience implementing and developing in ServiceNow
