That's why we need you, a DevOps engineer, to help us shorten the time it takes to get critical tools developed and into the hands of end users who need them. As a DevOps engineer on our team, you'll use your development experience to streamline our sof tware development life cycle from requirements to monitoring in production. You'll incorporate open-source tools, automation, and cloud resources to cut down on tedious, boring tasks and free up the team's developers to do what they do best - innovate. You'll implement continuous integration and delivery to limit manual testing and troubleshooting. This is an opportunity to build your experience in cloud-based development while developing sof tware that will improve the federal government.   • Experience with DevOps tools, including Azure DevOps, AWS CodeSuite, Bamboo, Je nk ins, ElasticSearch, Kibana, Prometheus, Grafana, or Logstash
  • Experience with containerization tools, including Docker
  • Experience with sof tware development life cycle processes or Agile development, including Scrum or rapid prototyping
  • Experience with the use of version control systems for code management and artifact tracking, including GitHub or Jira
  • Top Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with infrastructure as code ( IaC ) and configuration management tools, including Terraform or Ansible
  • Experience with cloud providers, including AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Experience with system architecture or microservices architecture
  • Experience with RESTful web services
  • Experience with network and server infrastructure monitoring and management
  • Experience with Linux and scripting environments, including Bash
  • Experience with programming languages, including Python or Groovy
  • Knowledge of orchestration tools, including Kubernetes or OpenShift
