Our employees are not only part of history, they're making history.Northrop Grumman's Extended IT Services team is seeking a Manager of Information Technology in the Aeronautics Systems (AS) Sector PMO. The Manager of Enterprise Operations will own responsibility for the operational and financial execution of the Chief Information Office in the AS PMO. Candidate must have a significant background in leading people and teams in high-paced demanding manufacturing environment and the ability to direct all aspects of financial management - including annual operating budgets, allocation pool analysis, labor plans, variance assessment and risk & opportunity identification. In addition, this position will be responsible for integrated planning, monitoring/controls, governance and process compliance/improvement for the AS PMO.Responsibilities include:

  • Administrative and Operational execution of the office of the AS PMO CIO.
  • Lead the strategy, forecasting, planning and execution of the AS Rated Services and Allocation Budgets, delivering high quality, timely enterprise services within budget, continually identifying opportunities for affordability and adoption of enterprise solutions.•
  • Establish agenda for AS PMO leadership team meetings, business reviews and other key meetings.
  • Support execution of strategic initiatives and tasks supporting manufacturing shop floor control environments including technical requirements, delivery, infrastructure and automation.
  • Support organizational change projects and initiatives that help achieve business objectives as needed.
  • Navigate ambiguous situations and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Support the AS PMO CIO in major meetings and events, reviewing the agenda and the pre and post interactions to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Acts with a sense of urgency and anticipates and manages the materials, data and presentation needs for upcoming meetings and events, including ES ELT and internal and external meetings.
  • Administration of Demand Management Process for AS PMO
  • Administration of Quarterly Dashboard Process for AS PMO
  • AS PMO Lead for the Early Career Program.
This position will require good communication (written and oral), presentation and leadership skills Basic Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of supervisory/management experience
  • Experience in developing and managing processes across large organizations
  • Strategic thinker with demonstrated ability to operate and communicate at both a strategic and a hands-on level as needed. Leader with excellent judgment and capable of autonomous decision making.
  • DoD Secret clearance required, Ability to obtain and maintain a special access clearance
  • Mastery of required technical skills. Innovative troubleshooter and problem solver.
  • BS Degree
  • DFAR compliance experience
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math
  • An in-depth knowledge and experience with the resource management process inclusive of staffing/redeployment/release processes
  • Experience as a functional manager
  • Experience with shop floor controls and automation
  • Recent experience supporting Director level executives
  • Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills, as well as project management, analytical, planning and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build and foster effective relationships with others

Salary Range: $130,500 USD - $195,700 USD Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
