  • Perform the role of a sustenance team member at the customer location.
  • Work along with Customer Project Manager on prioritized tasks as assigned by Customer project manager and technical leads.
  • Apply the knowledge of NTT proprietary tools to the Java/J2EE applications support wherever relevant.
  • Work and explore as per the customer requirement on technologies like Microservices, Spring boot, Angular and Devops.
  • Be a point of escalation of any delivery issues for Customer team.
  • Work on resolving issues fixes that require direct interaction with users and Business teams and responsible for tracking day-to-day project activities assigned to NTT Data.
  • Assist customer in ensuring adherence to delivery standards and processes in the Java/J2EE applications support.
  • Work on process improvements in Java/J2EE applications support for improved productivity and improving quality of delivery.
  • 7 plus years- Java/JEE-JBoss-Integration-Fuse
