Job Description Do you want to work for a new business that only got off the ground a year ago, invested $300 million in the previous few days, and has a mere hundred or so users? This company serves as the extension to your financial needs targeting Family Offices, Wealth Advisors, Institutions, and Fund Managers are their primary target markets. They contend that the financial inclusion of all suitably qualified market participants is a necessary condition for robust and effective markets. They can do due diligence, selection, access, and transaction execution for all services and obstacles by developing a fully digital platform that provides evaluation, access, and investment management in a user-friendly way. This organization is seeking a "go-to" person who can be assigned a task, work independently to solve the issues, and then convey that process later in a hectic setting. You are someone who will keep our product deliverables consistent with our brand identity and assist in incorporating those brand principles into the greatest user experiences for digital products and applications. You will be in charge of collaborating and implementing new digital products, features, and internal tools as a Senior UX Designer for their consumer-facing product as well as their internal enterprise platform. Working directly with their investing platform, they were able to find and invest in top-notch, well-established venture capital funds while also creating an intuitive user experience. Required Skills & Experience

  • Collaborate with the creative and development team to drive and execute UX/UI projects for new digital products, features, and internal tools
  • Assist Head of Design and design team in expanding and establishing processes and assets around a standardized frontend UI library
  • Assist the Lead Designer in creating and expanding their brand methodology across digital platforms and interfaces
  • Maintain consistency and elevate the standard of the company's brand
  • Embrace and convey the Allocate brand voice and aesthetic across digital product projects
  • Implement feedback from creative team leadership and business stakeholders
  • Administrate product UX feedback sessions with internal and external stakeholders, share insights and solutions
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Independent self-starter with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Extensive knowledge of Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), high fidelity prototyping tools or animation software, and comfort with switching mediums and learning new programs
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate efficiently with highly technical teams, including software engineers, data scientists, and product managers
  • Understanding of established brand values and brand aesthetic with the ability to produce on-brand creative that fits within existing brand codes
  • Understanding of visual attributes needed to tell a persuasive sales and brand story within the flow of product
  • A systems thinker who values working smart and creating efficient processes or finding tools to streamline work
