Job Description: Job Posting Title: ITSS-Project Manager Description: Enclara, is a wholly owned hospice and palliative care pharmacy business acquired by Humana in 2021. Enclara is the nation s largest full-service pharmacy benefits manager (PBM) specifically for the hospice and palliative care sectors. Serving over 450 customers and nearly 150,000 patients nationally, Enclara works closely with hospices to reduce pharmacy costs, improve patient care and support caregivers through: digital innovations, flexible medication access, one-on-one clinical support, and excellent customer service. Enclara is seeking an IT Project Manager to oversees various system projects and/or programs of a highly complex nature. The IT Project Manager work assignments are often straightforward and of moderate complexity. The IT Project Manager will also work as a technical lead at some capacity to assess technical issues and roadblocks and then provide possible solutions. The IT Project Manager assembles a project team, identifies appropriate resources needed, and develops schedules to ensure timely completion of project. Often actively manages stakeholder partnerships and mitigates risks. Familiar with the system scope and project objectives, as well as the role and function of each team member, in order to effectively coordinate the activities of the team. When managing programs, oversees the interdependencies and integration of interrelated projects, and sets strategies and program execution to deliver longer term business value. Needs to possess knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) frameworks used to manage risks and issues unique to technology projects. Understands own work area professional concepts/standards, regulations, strategies and operating standards. Makes decisions regarding own work approach/priorities and follows direction. Work is managed and often guided by precedent and/or documented procedures/regulations/professional standards with some interpretation. Required Qualifications: " Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology or a related field " More than 5 years of project manager and technical experience. " Demonstrated experience in technical product selection, technical design and practical implementation of IT solutions " Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences and clients inclusive of nurses and hospice patients. Preferred Qualifications: " Longevity working in data warehouse, decision support and reporting system environments " Working knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies. " Comprehensive knowledge of PowerShell scripting, Visual Studio, C#, ASP.Net, Transact SQL and other programming languages. " Six Sigma and/or Project Management Institute certification. " Experience in the health solutions industry. " Experience working in Microsoft Projects, Excel, Azure DevOps, SharePoint, Power BI, ServiceNow. " Knowledge of PBM and Electronic Medical Record systems.
