Job Description:
  • Responsible for engaging with various Lines of Business (LOBs), predominantly across Global Markets, for project formulation, design, and delivery of servers
  • Chairing various project status meetings with multiple LOBs and Core technology Infrastructure (CTI) groups, tracking issues, status, and ETAs for delivery
  • Manage pre-deployment inventory of servers to ensure production readiness of servers
  • Liaise with LOBs and Operations team to coordinate onboarding and migration of servers with components ranging from database, grid, job scheduling and messaging.
  • Monitor project progress continuously and create reports on measurable items such as milestones and deliverables.
  • Communicate proactively with all stakeholders to identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.
  • Oversee scheduling, reporting and meetings for RedHat Linux upgrade project
  • Coordinate with LOB and CTI groups for datacentre exits and migrations, including onboarding of new datacentres
  • Enforcement of change and incident management policy.

Top 3 Must Have Skillsets Required :
  • Knowledge of server infrastructure, provisioning best practices, hardware specifications and Change Management.
  • Experience driving large infrastructure projects including knowledge of project management tools such as Jira, PowerPoint, Excel, Python.
  • knowledge on infrastructure components (network, server, storage, messaging)
  • verbal and written communication skills.
  • Level of Experience Needed (highlight) 5 years +
  • Bachelors' degree in engineering, computer science or related field or equivalent work experience.
